If the protest is VALID:
The protester will be reimbursed the total protest fee.
The racer in violation will be fined $150.00, disqualified from
all races that he/she entered on that particular day, and suspended
until the fine is paid in cash to CAPRA.
If the protest is INVALID:
The protestor forfeits the total protest fee.
The accused racer receives the full protest fee minus $50.00, which
will pay for the inspection.
If CAPRA acted alone to protest and inspect the bike, the protested
rider will receive a free race fee for that event. |
