The written protest must contain the name of the racer and number of bike being protested, the name of the protester and the exact CAPRA rule that is in question of being violated.
If any of the aforementioned procedures are not followed exactly, the protest will be deemed invalid and dismissed.
If there is a single protester, he/she is required to pay a fee of $150.00 in cash before the bike in question will be impounded and inspected. |
