All course marshals must be in place before the Race Director
will allow any racer(s) to proceed onto the track surface.
Any racer who fails to attend the racers meeting will be made
to start at the back of the grid for each of his/her races.
When a race is called, racers must be in the pre-grid and
ready to take a warm up lap. If a racer does not show on the
grid, the racer must wait in pit lane until the field has started
and race official gives all clear to enter the track.
