Starter: The Starter reports to
the Race Director and is responsible for starting and finishing
races and for displaying all appropriate flags. He may
also be involved in helping align
all racers to their proper positions when they approach the starting grid.
The Starter works closely with the Grid Marshal/Scorer(s) on the
grid along.
Grid Marshals: The Grid Marshals
report to the Starter and are responsible for organizing pre-grid
procedures and ensuring that all racers are grided correctly
and efficiently.
