V. In the case of a DNF (Did Not Finish), riders will be scored based on how many laps they completed.
For example: if 2 riders DNF a particular race,  one rider completes 3 laps and the other completes 5 laps, the rider who finished 3 laps would be scored behind the rider who completed 5 laps.
If 2 riders DNF and complete the same number of laps, then the rider who was in the higher position on the previous scored lap would be scored higher.
